I've lost 39 pounds since I began eating chocolate every day. Terrific health benefits: mood enhancing theobromine as well as massive antioxidants. The trick was learning to use cocoa powder in my fruit/yogurt/nuts without adding sugar. Many thanx to the artifical sweetener gods at Walmart for producing a cheap knockoff of Hershey's sugar-free chocolate syrup!

You want to feel happy? Mix equal parts of sugar-free chocolate syrup with peanut butter. After you stir it for a couple seconds, something magic happens and you have something that looks and acts like creamy fudge. The only calories to speak of are in the peanut butter (190 per 1/8 cup). The chocolate syrup has 15 calories per 1/8 cup.

Guilt-free chocolate! :yay2::yay2::yay2:
