The Next Bubble

Despite all the economic problems, there is still a very large pool of money that is looking for investments. What is the next bubble?
My guess is green technology and products. Venture Capitalists are already focusing on the segment. Colin Powell is a leader in one of the biggest VC companies. Al Gore and many other rich people are also heavily invested in greentech companies and actively promoting them.
A Democratic controlled Congress and White House will turn on the spigot for the environment oriented lobbies.
