The hearing, that started with argument but reluctantly granting the Plaintiffs a continuance to allow the plaintiff's new trial attorney to take over the case. "Motion Granted"
But then.... Judge True decided on his own to move forward with a second hearing... A hearing without any attorney present for Plaintiff's to argue these key important matters. Judge John M. True III regardless of loud voiced objections noting serous violations of the US Constitution and Civil Rights of the Plaintiff. Judge John M. True III continued with the second hearing without any Attorney for the plaintiff's. A hearing that causing major damage to the plaintiff's case; by eliminating any and all damages to both of Plaintiff's corporations damaged by the defendants intentional acts of theft.
Judge True III made his rulings knowingly and in the face of extreme prejudges to the plaintiff who were the victims of the two thefts and the ongoing crimes by protecting the defendants from damages and major causes of action for their willful acts.

Justice is a right of every citizen... it is not an option. A Judge is an employee like any other employee of the county or of the state and is paid a wage to provide a service for which he is entrusted to provide. A Judge is neither a God nor a King. He has a prime responsibility see that all citizens are administered a fair and equal Justice under the law as written in our constitution. His schedule, the courts schedule, personal ego and granted power of discretionary judgement are secondary to the supreme act of overseeing that every citizen receive their constitutional rights and equal justice under the law.

Here is the story... behind the story.
I am not an aspiring Journalist, I am here by necessity, fighting forces much lager than us.
Before the internet was created, people and businesses like ours were systematically destroyed everyday and then.... swept silently into the dust bin of history... As the people that targeted us had also planed! But, regardless of the their sinister plan, with the power of the internet... Today we are still here. We are not allowing the crimes committed against us to be swept under the carpet... And,we are exposing and sharing what happened to us to the world.
Thanks to Sibel Edmonds, expose' of the forces behind our thefts... I have been writing non-stop for the last few months ~ to get the information out in the public. At first just posting all the Court Evidence ( that the defendant were trying to hide) on our web site, http://www.win-tv.net/GAP_WINTV_Site...ite_Theft.html After doing that only to be cyber attacked with DoS and other Attacks and then our website was blocked. Because of those attacks, we moved forward with Plan "B", to publish all these documents on other sites like http://www.slideshare.net/gerardange/documents, http://current.com/users/gerardange.htm, http://my.nowpublic.com/gerardange , and http://www.youtube.com/gerardange and others. Our reasoning was that these people might be able to attack and block {one website} like they have shown us in the past and recently. But, they can't block every web site on the internet!
So here I am today still writing and spreading the word so that all of what happened to us doesn't get swept under the rug. Without the internet... this could not happen. Without the internet the bad guys would have successfully crushed us and that would have been it.... And then...they would have won.
Yes, It is true... I have lost everything... my businesses, my income, my home, my medical insurance, my car, It's all gone... I have lost everything But, I still have my computer... and an internet connection... and our story... and a voice. That gives me the power to share what happened and all the evidence that proves what they did. But most of all.... I still have hope! Hope that our story touches the right people, and touches all people. So that other people will see us as more than just another a story or another novelty. But, as real honest people that were tying to do something good in the world who were forced into a universal struggle for the truth and for Justice. I still have hope... Hope... that we can create a spark that will ignite a fire to expose the corruption behind these people and others just like them. Hope... that in the end somehow we will reverse the injustice that was forced upon us by these powers.
Now that "Sibel Edmonds" exposed the deep political issues behind our case. By exposing these crimes connected to Turkish American Companies embedded in our government with "Deep Government Connections." Her work also exposes the same people that targeted us, a Turkish American Company also with "Deep Government Connections." These are the people that stole our property, attacked our businesses and intentionally destroyed both our corporations and financial resources. And then orchestrated the denial of our constitutional right to justice for the crimes committed against us..
Before we were aware of what Sibel was doing... We have been trying to understand the last six years and wondering why both the FBI and DOJ had done nothing! Only to witness in the last few months even more very strange odd behavior and rulings in court as we were systematically and openly denied our constitutional rights. Sibel Edmonds has opened our eyes and given us the answers to all our questions of WHY and WHO and the reasons behind why these people were allowed to get away with what they did to us.
Currently I have to concentrate on filing our appeal and getting more support ( maybe the ACLU-? ) And hopefully we will then be able get the additional funds needed to fund our appeal..
After costing us over $100,000.00 in legal fees only in the end to be denied our right to trial.... The most important thing we have learnt is: "That We Now Know, why they were able to get away with it!" But, with the damage done to us from these ongoing acts... We are currently are back to how much justice we can afford once again... As today we now try to get the funds needed to file our appeal.

"THE BENEFITS OF HAVING ~ “DEEP GOVERNMENT CONNECTIONS”.
Until the thefts we had no knowledge about this Turkish American company called Gap international. What we know now, we have learnt first hand in the last six years at great cost from what we have observed from the acts committed against us and from what Gap International has posted on their web site.
One of the things they posted was having "Deep Government Roots"

I am certain that if I stole one of their many web sites. I would be in locked up in jail right now. But, for those of us “Without these [ Deep Government Connections ]. This story is a much different one...
PLEASE READ ON:
Although Defendants (Gap PA) characterize Plaintiff (Gerard Ange') as someone who violated their purchase of legal property, the "full records" and "full testimony" do not reflect a legal transaction at all. It reflects embezzlement and, theft with the first theft and conversion of our legally owned property "www.gapinternational.com". The Second Theft(s) shows a cold retaliatory gangland style attacks on the Plaintiff with multiple theft(s) of his property, www.win-tv.com, www.win-tv.net, www.worldindigenousnetwork.com, that along with the first theft all these additional acts reflect serious criminal wrongdoing with malicious criminal intent to damage Mr. Gerard Ange’ personally and were committed with the three intentions: (1) First to send a clear message to intimidate and terrorize the Plaintiffs. (2) To conceal and cover up the initial criminal act of the first theft of www.gapinternational.com web domain. And (3) To damage the Plaintiffs financially and stop Mr. Ange' from pursuing legal action against the defendants for the crimes they committed against his businesses and against him personally.
IN CONCLUSION:
If the Defendants were so innocent of crime, you would think that they would be more than willing to go to trial and present their case and share all of the their evidence with a jury because, that could prove the defendants innocence. But, that is not that case here. Documents and evidence have been [EXCLUDED] and [REMOVED] and also [DELETED]. The final solution for Defendants was to stop the trial all together... An action clearly showing the defendants intent to conceal, cover-up and stop this case being presented to a Jury, in an attempt by the Defendants to continue to hide their acts.
JULY 20th HEARING RESULTS:
Judge True followed through with his threat he made to us in June, and ruled to dismiss our case against the defendants. He explained that the reason he dismissed the case was because of his previous ruling on June 10, 2009: When he moved forward to have a trial ("without our attorney present"). He then ruled to dismissed all charges against the defendants. By doing that Judge John M. True III denied our Constitutional Right to a Trial.
WHY DID THIS HAPPEN TO US?
Because of a company named Gap International of Philadelphia wanted our property to "Brand" their Company. Gap felt that they needed "our domain name" to do that.
THE BIG QUESTION IS:
What kind of people would find it so important to intentionally destroy the lives of so many people and, destroy both our corporations, our future, my life ~ in order to get ~ a stupid domain name? www.gapinternational.com ( WHY? )
A MONETARY JUDGMENT WILL BE NOW GRANTED AGAINST THE VICTIMS OF CRIME:
Judge John M. True III on 7/20/09 Stated that he will be granting a judgment against (the Plaintiffs) to pay for all of the defendants legal expenses". (A figure after six years could very well be as high as $1 Million dollars.)
OUR FUTURE:
We are now seeking additional funding for an Appeal and for a complete formal investigation into the replacement of Judge Barbara Miller and the odd rulings and Judicial actions exhibited in Alameda County Superior court by Judge John M. True III.
