hard to find, how to contact them ... is it deliberate ?
snailmail:

Twitter, Inc.
795 Folsom St., Suite 600
San Francisco, CA 94107

maybe one of you Americans can do it ?
(-->faster, same legislation)

Apparantly I'm allowed to "retweet" and to copy my tweets to a webpage,
so that would already put any tweet on my page - just by retweeting.

they have a twitter account and a blog but I can't find how to
tweet to them and no replies to the blog are allowed.
Strange. Also strange that they are a bit unclear about this copying
to forums,blogs.

Ownership—Twitter is allowed to "use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute" your tweets because that's what we do. However, they are your tweets and they belong to you.
