Wow. Why on earth would our government spend money and labor on this. Unless of course it's money from the labor of its human resources.

I don't know what Twitter really is but if it's anything like Facebook there's no need for that nonsense to be recorded by government forever.

I don't think that it is a government function either but am glad someone is doing it. The twitter library will be an immense treasure for sociologists.

The empty-headed vaccuousness and lack of education of most Americans (with a direct comparison to the rest of the world for reference) will be preserved for the ages, to be marveled at by future generations. How embarrassing.
