Police: Body may have been in pool for days

The body of a woman who drowned was apparently in a Fall River public pool for two days and remained there while people were swimming, police said.

The body of a woman who drowned was apparently in a Fall River public pool for two days and remained there while people were swimming in the pool before it was discovered, police said Wednesday.

Authorities identified the woman as Marie Joseph, 36, of Fall River.

According to police, Joseph's body had been in Veteran's Memorial Pool at Lafayette Park since Sunday. Investigators said the body was found by people who were at the pool after it closed at 10 p.m. Tuesday.

I smell a big lawsuit. The kid went to a lifeguard and was ignored? AND the lifeguards didn't notice a body for days? What arey smoking? Crack?
