About bloody time.

Fascinating decision & it's not clear cut - a BC resident can't go a neighbour's tomorrow & assit in a suicide. In fact there's a 1 year delay on implementation to allow the government to examine Constitutional issues if they wish to try & continue with a ban. However, one of those who brought forward the suit has been granted an exemption to the one year waiver. Kudos to the BC Supremes for some compassion.

Major accomplishment for the Canadian RTD movement. Its really not surprising considering that the vast majority of Canadians support the RTD. Now, if we can just get the churches out of the issue in the US......
