I wasn't using a lot of elderberry - so don't use my experience with that as gospel. besides - nothing works 100% for 100% of the population. I really thought i'd be okay on the vitamin D as I'm a dairy junkie & have been maxxing out on sunshine. BUT - we've barely seen the sun this summer until about a month ago & I wasn't taking huge additional quantities of it. I also suspect I may not have been taking enough vitamin C.
On the positive side - I haven't been poleaxed by this either. The congestion, coughing & lung irritation is now at an 'annoying' rather than worse level. My only real issue is the waves of fatigue that come out of nowhere. I haven't been able to really establish a pattern for those either & I've tried. I'll have have to curb my impatience & ride with it. Pushing it & getting too flustered about it will be counterproductive. There is not a whole lot I HAVE to do in the next few days & the things I WANT to do, I can do in small chunks.
