Purpose of this forum
So, have you had The Flu (or had good reason to think that you did, confirmed or not)? Or nursed someone who had it? Or found a media first-hand report?
Post here, so that we can all learn from your experience.
What was the course of the illness? What meds, vitamins, supplements, etc. were administered? What helped you most? Knowing what you do now, what would you have done differently?
