This too is symptomatic of the debilitating condition called "PC" that has afflicted the minds of many many people, they appear quite normal but I assure you they are not. It's the Brits! eh! yeah thats where it comes from, now you know, Britain.

In the Jordanian case, King Abdullah visited Blackwater's training facility in North Carolina as the company tried to win a lucrative contract for building and running a training center, according to prosecutors and the indictment.

He and his entourage were presented with five firearms as gifts "to gain favor," the indictment said.

When the company could not account for the weapons, Jackson allegedly directed employees to fill out the necessary forms to show that Blackwater employees had bought the guns for their own use.

I thought any one could buy the short upper as long as they didn't put it on top of a lower with out a Class 2 tax stamp?

These guys must have pissed someone off or were given up by Xe to gain to gain something.
I can't believe this is going down given the fact that our government paid these BlackWater to be an armed operator over there.

Hopefully we won't get see Xe in action here. Wonder what they are up to now?

What are the charges? Are you sure these are for strawman purchases?

It sounds like a violation of the FCPA, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. (Bribing government officials.)

Owner gets it because he knew, facilitate or presented the arms. The other 4 for filling out the 4473 making them knowledgeable of the violation. Strawman was probably thrown in to give them something to plead down to.
