Default On the run and living in comfort

IMO one of the most over looked topics is your comfort as a refugee .

Do I really want to have escaped alive but living in a continuous state
of torture ? Even if it is ok with me how will other members of your
family cope .

I think men are particularly guilty here . We think of ourselves
as tough "I can handle it " types and dismiss the torture element
even though it is starring us in the face .

So I have started this thread in the hope that people might
contribute useful ideas on how to pack minimal but important
comfort items in to your escape kit .

I am particularly interested in comfort per volume . That is
what provides the most comfort from the most minimal pack space .

With thanks ... Ross .
