Explosions and fire at 2nd artillery depot in Russia

There was a fire at an arty depot in Urman, in the Bashkortostan Republic on May 30. According to the Ria Novosti article, some poor solider has been arrested and blamed for the destruction of some 50 homes.

But today, another arty depot went up in flames and explosions. This one is in Udmurtia, in the Volga region. Ria Novosti reports that some 13,000 people have had to be evacuated.

Once is an accident. Twice is a coincidence. A third time would make it a trend. Could be interesting to see if that happens.

Sometimes things come in sets of 3 so one more Arty explosion and Fuel depot explosion expected within the week.
