Another reason for older people to exercise
Older people who engage in moderate to intense exercise lessen their chance of developing "silent strokes," small lesions in the brain that lead to multiple problems including falling, memory loss, mobility problems, dementia and strokes.
There are always dozens of reasons why something "can't" be done. That's no excuse in my book. If you want it bad enough, you find a way. That's how life works for grown ups. -- Booger
