White House area shooting update: Suspect at large; recovered machine gun appears equipped with scope - NBC Washington"

"Apparently the area involved is south of the Executive Mansion, possibly between the Ellipse and the Washington Monument."

Bullet hits window at White House. No definite connection to the shots fired Friday night. Authorities are looking for Oscar Ramiro Ortega fearing he may be a threat to the President.

NBC News tweeting that Ortega has been arrested near the town of Indiana in Pennsylvania.
