I was surfing the channels last night and came across an Anthony Bourdain program. They were cooking foods that Jesus might have eaten in the way that Jesus would have probably cooked them, in a tandoor oven.
It was great! I'm going to try to find a clay tandoor for the backyard! The way they roasted a pigeon looked absolutely scrumptious! I also thought of our preparedness forum. Here's an article on Tandoors:
