Default New urban camoflage

Who cares about Flectar, tiger, woodlands camouflage, how about the new urban camouflage, cardboard box.

I'm not sure that's "camo." I think that's "Weird Fashion."

Besides, I thought "urban camo" was this black & white stuff:

Would look cool in an industrial style loft. Teens might like it. But at $100+ per SHEET?

No thanx.

A strong pot of tea, a little crumpling, a brown fabric paint pen... black stencils or stamps for the lettering. More fun to make your own - you can put your own address on your sheets, in case you get lost whilst sleepwalking.

Now THAT would be a fun project - in fact imagine some young teens doing a sleepover & bringing their own white sheets to do this? It would be different!

When it is time to send the kiddies home, wrap them up in their creation and put a big red stamp "Return to Sender" on their forehead.

Talking

Suddenly I'm remembering those cardboard disposable sleeping bags we were issued once on a forest fire crew. I'll bet I could sell them for a couple of hundred apiece to uhh.. "fashion starved youth..."

They'd be... 'authentic' & 'vintage'. Aim higher - take them to a designer or performance artist for big bucks.

That's interesting. Wonder what kind of bedrolls they're making. Doesn't like like just wool blankets.

I know the people who organise the "street-swags" . All they do is take donations and have the materials delivered to prisons and the "prisoners" make them.
