Having to choose between the two, I'd choose Roger Waters. That said, DH saw Gilmour back when we lived in the Vancouver burbs, and he said it was great. The Wall, though, came out just as I was hitting high school, so there's that nostalgia, too. I rather unselfishly purchased it for my brother for Christmas that year. He was in 6th grade.
