Saw it tonight. I have a buddy who's a promoter for Warner Bros. It was friggin awesome.
Some stuff you really have to shelve your disbelief on, but a very *enjoyable* movie.

Every review I've read said, storywise, you should see the first one (Batman Begins) because of all the callbacks in The Dark Knight Rises.
