Must have done some marketing research. Physical gold is quite popular with the immigrants coming to the UK.

Same here. We shop a few ethnic grocers and they're all surrounded by jewelry stores with the most eye popping gold jewelry for sale, and the people in the stores seem to be wearing a lot of their wealth.
