That's interesting. I wonder if the bees recognize that a capped cell has been tapped and its now empty?

It's getting great reviews from the actual beekeepers who are using it.
Now the company is making the interior bits that can be fitted inside an already existing hive.
The bees seem to know what to do with this, plus they're less stressed by the harvesting.
Win/win.
