Regarding that first one, if you've never kept an aquarium, you would be amazed at what creatures look like after dying. Especially if you come upon them some time after death.

The first one is a long dead whale carcass.

The second one is an Oarfish - they're a deep water species never seen at the surface unless they're dead or dying. They've had a number of them wash up in the Philippines recently which is highly unusual. Something going on down deep. Some have speculated possibly an impending earthquake, but as yet I don't think anyone has determined the cause for sure.

Edited to add: Maybe something down in the Mindanao trench heading in a generally northeastern direction?
