Default Coworkers Baby in ICU

A nine month old little cookies on a vent in ICU. Mom is antivaccine, all the kids got it including the baby. She crashed pretty fast according to her aunt who also works with me.

We are on the downward end of the spike in cases. Most of the staff got vaccinated and were no longer having staff running around hacking everywhere - the facility I work at never changed the absence policy so the sick came in to work.

What I find strange is that only one patient got H1. This flu really does not effect the elderly much at all.

Sorry to hear that janetn. You said mom is ant-vaccine, all of the kids got it. I'm guessing you meant they all got H1N1 and not the vaccine?

Awww, the poor baby, the stress for the parents must be off the chart and the guilt of not vaccinating must be hitting hard! I can definately understand why many parents are afraid to get this vaccine but this is the reason why I came to the conclusion that I had to do it and it quickly became a very easy decision for us. I hope that baby will pull through soon!

Hope baby continues to improve. I can't imagine having a child that sick. I was very fortunate that my two never had to contend with any really serious illness.
