Of course, 16 oz of cherry juice a day adds 280 calories to your diet. So, the additional exercise you need to do to work off the cherry juice might help in sleeping as well!

I've tried the kind of cherry juice that is Juicy Juice. I'm going to try a local health food store. The Juicy Juice helps a little and it counts as my carb for taking meds at night.

Feather, are you near a Trader Joe's? Their tart cherry juice is quite tasty and affordable.

There's one on the far side of our area. I'll see if my DIL wants to go with me, I have no idea how to get out there.

I dunno. Cherry and kiwi would make my joints ache...and keep me awake.

Will stop at Trader Joes tomorrow. Tart cherry juice is also good for your joints. I'll use it for that as I sleep well enough.

Don't know about kiwis which I don't like much.

Very pricy, but Nuts.com sells unsweetened whole dried tart cherries. I try to stay away from juice because of the sugar content. They also have a freeze dried tart cherry.

For the price, TJs beats them all. But I'm not a canned/bottled juice drinker.

Neither am I. But I go on a health kick now and then. The weather is drear and I don't want to slip into depression or become a user of walk aids as so many here do, so I do whatever I can for my joints, my bones, and my brain.

I have a package of dried tart cherries that I add to my rare Muesli type breakfast. I'm not much of a breakfast eater, or canned or frozen juices, especially nothing that is a drink rather than pure juice.
