A free course recently started at coursera.com on chronic pain, by a prof at University of Minnesota. https://www.coursera.org/course/chronicpain It's about two months, an hour of video lecture weekly, I took it last time and learned a lot from fellow students in the discussion forum.

The approach does not ignore drugs but focuses on anything from mechanical ways to help like trigger points to the importance of social support a a pain reducer.

Free. Coursera is supported by venture capitalists who haven't yet figured out how to convert millions of eyeballs around the world seeking free education into profit. Meanwhile, we get to take free courses. No credit, lots of info.

I don't care about credits, I care about feeling my best every single day. That is far more than credits. Information we can apply to our own lives.

Thank you.
