Beautiful! DH rather smugly says that the best way to see them is from the air. That when we were in Alaska and he was flying Sooper Seekrit missions, they saw them frequently.

I'm sadly just coming to the end of three years in northern Canada, where I've been fortunate to see them a bunch of times. I'll miss them.

I've been very lucky to see them in some very special circumstances. At a huge festival was one.

Beautiful! I have photos Dad took while in the Army base at Goose Bay. Even inblackandw hite they are something to see.
