I'll find the Tager Balm to see if the smell works for me. Thanks!

Minty-spicy. That about covers it.

The choice of the day for a name is

Muscle Magick
Extreme Pain Relief

but I'm sure I'll change my mind tomorrow

I could just change the name every few months as the whim strikes
and my labels would look like

Blah Blah Blah
(used to be This or That)
(used to be Muscle Magick)
(used to be Tigress Butter)

Minty-Spicy Magick

Just Magick

Magick Pain Relief

The Stuff I make That Works Really Well

I got off work today to find a call from Oregon, a lady wanting to buy some, and there was a glitch in my voice mail right as she gave her phone number.

I hope she calls back because I have no idea who it is.

Maybe I'll just stick with Tigress Butter and hope the Tiger Balm people don't sue me when I get famous.

edit: got a call back today with an order for 9 jars!

I like "Magick". You can use it with a whole series of different flavors i.e. Muscle Magick (as mentioned before), Pain Magick (with more arnica perhaps), Skin Magick (with softeners and hydrators), Boo Boo Magick (for scrapes and cuts), Sinus Magick (with camphor and eucalyptus), Toe Magick (a vicks type formula with tea tree and balistol for toe fungus) etc, etc. You would need to TM the name "Magick" to protect your product line. While you're at it TM "Tigress Butter". Its got a gaining reputation and there's nothing that says you can't have one product out there sold under two names

You're label could have a little wizzard turning a tiger into butter!

I'm trying to tap in to this thread's energy ;D I could use some of it today. Been working on a tension/mild migraine for a couple of days now....

I'm about to start infusing chickweed, plantain and goldenseal so I can work on a 'Boo Boo Magick' salve.

I recently came up with a 'Skin Magick' oil, only it's called Five Flowers, because there are 5 flowers in it.

This is a good idea.

Kind of like how Badger Balm started out with that one thing, and now they
must have 20 items in their products line.

Herbal Freeze

Herbal Freeze Balm

I'd have to make it with a bit more menthol. I like it colder, myself.

Yeah, that's about right.

Soon I'm going to start offering 2 ounce jars. Few people asking for a larger size now.

bg likes the magick!

It makes me so happy to be doing this thing I can't even tell you. I love making stuff, coming up with new recipes, research, testing. I love it all.

It really makes up for having a grunt day job that I don't necessarily love.

I've just in the last couple weeks started rubbing this stuff on my neck and it does seems to help.

I wonder if it's the St John's wort in it. SJW is used internally for depression, but can be helpful for anxiety too.

I imagine that you can get a little of it in your system by using it topically.

The Tigress Butter works great on itchy mosquito bites. I tried cortizone cream and Caligel, and they were only marginally effective, and not for long. The Tigress Butter completely eliminated the itching. It is going on several hours now, and not a bit of itching. I have dozens of bites on my legs, and this is the only thing that gave me relief.

Why not have the following image printed up:
A kindly veterinarian bottle feeding a cute infant tiger cub and the words 'Tigress Butter' atop said image.

BTW, what do you charge for a jar?
