Default Natural Mosquito Repellents

Mosquitoes are a PIA to begin with but with the Zika virus now here in the US its time to work harder than ever to keep the buggers away from your property. With spring on the horizon and the rains that come with it along with the standing water now more than ever we need to keep on top of the critters.

Here are 2 sites that give information on how to do that naturally.

This one has information on 11 plants to use around your house and property to repel them:

This one gives you information and links to instructions on how to make your own citronella candles, a trap, mosquito spray and repellent:

Citronella is hard as **** to grow.

Hate the smell of garlic and lavender.

lol see I love lavender. I wear it as my summer perfume.

I make it a point to grow peppermint and rosemary in big pots on my front porch and the back deck. They help keep mosquitoes away too
