Default hip pain

Does anyone have any tips for relieving hip pain(burisits)? I cannot take aleve or anything like that due to the prestions(pills that doctor ordered) and cannot afford to go back for a shot which is the next step. Not looking for medical advice as that has gotten me no where.

Have you tried diclofenac (Voltaren)? Some people are allergic to it, and if it is taken for a long time, some kind of stomach protecting medication should be prescribed as well. Get any excess weight off, and no jogging, etc. Usually a dose of 75 mg time released twice a day will help, but try once a day first. It takes a couple of days to really control the pain. Ask your doctor about it, as I am not a doctor. This is just from my personal experience.

Private message our member Drummagick. She sells an herbal-based pain rub that works wonders.

Lose weight, stop eating grains and see a chiropractor. Do stretching exercises.

I use air activated heatpads and it works. I move the around to any pain sites, an hour there, and hour on the other side, an hour on the back. They last for 2 days and I don't sleep on it but move it around even at nite. Start using it first think in the morning and blessed relief.
