Default A project of biblical proportions!

Staggering pictures show $90million replica Noah's Ark under construction which will be flagship attraction of Kentucky amusement park
Quote:
Full-sized wooden replica of the ship is to the become the main attraction at a US amusement park to open in July
Inside the ark will be several exhibits featuring Noah and his family, along with information about the Holy Bible
The huge structure, which will be the largest timber-framed building in the world, is costing more than $90million
Ken Ham, who came up with the idea, wants the ark to be the focal point for an amusement park in Kentucky

Enormous: The 510ft ship from the biblical story of Noah and the
Great Flood is to become the main attraction in the Kentucky park

Been under construction for a couple years now, thousands of workers, cranes, bulldozers, concrete, all modern materials....... Yet Noah did it with 7 other people who had never built a boat before, and it floated and didn't fall apart. Yet, The best boat builders in the world have never been able to build a wood boat that big that didn't sink. They twist, flex, open up seams and sink in short order. Yep, Noah was quite a guy.

He had a pretty good architect who drew up the plans.

Sure, sure............ What I'd be mightily impressed with, who was doing all the feeding, watering and of course, poop scooping for all them critters
