Ok, So you're killing yourself with mass quantities of food.

Have you tried meditation? Here, let me give you a mantra, With each mouth full, (two chickens, six eggs, w/mayo), silently say to yourself ,
"my life is killing me"

Mantras should only be positive. Try, "I can control myself" instead.

"3 Months, 72 Pounds"

I am doing better..... really I am. I have another plan. At least I had better have another plan! At the rate I am going, I might be dead or knocking on Deaths Door in a matter of months. It does not take a Scientist or Doctor to understand that weight is a big indicator or major health problems.

This time last year you were 199.8. andy you've got to get the food thing right, it's not boom or bust, all or nothing.
