There is a lot of talk of some sort of new meat destroying bacteria around in North Europe (Finish)
Clostridium estertheticum .
I could not find much about it, the meat emits foul gas that smells of cheese, can have green spots in/on it,, can swell the packaging, litle seems to be know about the Clostridium estertheticum bacteria except it likes the cold and is spreading fast. The bacteria
