So, in a country where people say routinely that was "always founded on the principle that all men are created equal", shall we correct that statement by saying The USA actually considered all men to be created equal in 1964 with the passage of the Civil Rights Act, or in 1980's when the final laws defining some people as "less equal than others" were finally struck down?
Muslims HAVE been part of the USA for 100's of years, and in the usage of the terms, "always been part of the USA" is hardly an inaccuracy - there have been significant numbers for getting onto 100 years, and in today's parlance, "always" is hardly a gross inaccuracy.
