I have been a student of Tai Chi for 20 years. it is wonderful! if you can't find a teacher, check out YouTube!

Wife and I have been going to Tai Chi classes for 2 years. I groan and moan about them however while doing the form all my worries and troubles disappear while I concentrate on the moves. A roomful of folk performing tai chi in unison is quite a sight to behold.
