The constitutional decision is correct. Once in the state's custody, the state assumes responsibility for them, including medically. That's only proper.
If the state wishes to absolve itself of responsibility, it needs to better enable ICE to get rid of illegal immigrants as expediently as possible through prompt deportation. That's also only proper.

Considering Cali medicaide (low income gov medical care) just stopped transplants....it won't be long before they cut procedures for hearts and other care.
Oh and dental now is good for a cavity or tooth pulled...sorry, no dentures and no root canals!

There is a clinic here that only deals with Hispanics. They don't accually say that but all of their forms are in Spanish and you need to speak Spanish to work there. I called there once and the phone is answered in Spanish and when I answered in English I ws told they had no openings for patients at that time.
