All along I suspected it was just a big show. When it came to light that no one stopped ML from paying massive bonuses in Dec '08, I knew it was just a big show. I suspect that 50 years from now, historians will look back at that moment as a watershed for the US - hopefully I am wrong this time.

The FCIC report has pretty much crushed any chances of any Wall Street bigshot being perp-walked to federal prison over the economic collapse. I am sure that was precisely the intent.

The Dems created this report, and the Repubs refused to support it or sign off on it. So much for the Repubs being 'the party of Wall Steet bankers'. It looks like the Dems are also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goldman-Satan. But then, we knew that the moment Obama chose his economic team two years ago.
