According to the retards at Treasury, losing $1.3 billion in a taxpayer-funded bailout is a "major accomplishment".

Dear Treasury,

Please refrain from trying so hard in the future. Your record of achievement, while staggering in its level of (un)success, is setting a poor example for those still trying to be fiscally prudent in their respective endeavors.
