Make it harder to get the housing market back on it's feet by limiting the favorable loan levels that used to attract middle class home buyers looking to move up.

They couldn't have waited to do this until housing prices had rebounded???

It's not what you'd call "new" news, but it is being highlighted at an interesting time. Just enough to HELP tank the markets today after an attempted rally due to the potential debt ceiling adjustment that Congresss "may" pass today..,
