My understanding is that by policy we do not delete accounts on request, because to do so would delete all posts and make some conversations unreadable gibberish by erasing one of the participants. You simply henceforth choose not to participate here.

Brihard is correct. We can lock accounts, ban accounts, change usernames and passwords, but the only way to hard delete is if you have been here less than 30 days (spammer hammer deletes the acct and all posts).
