Any man with that amount of imagination, creativity & sheer joy for life is a keeper.

I don't care if he leaves dirty socks everywhere, burps after every meal or farts in the bed. That proposal was worth 10 rings, 13 expensive honeymoons or anything else on which you want to try & put a fiscal value. Forget the ring or honeymoon - that proposal was pure gold.
