Default Harry Turtledove

I freaking love that man.

I have reached a point where I can read more.

I found a trove of his books in the second hand book store.

I am to the end of End of the Beginning.

In this reality the Japanese did take Hawai'i and the American had to take it back.

My skin is crawling, it is so good.

Of course at the end, the Americans left on the island are having problems with the Japanese when the American try to retake the island.

All of those Ariskas and Springfields laying around and no one is picking them up to protect themselves. I hear myself muttering at them.

I'm about to start reading some of his stuff - I've not read any. I swear brat #2 was weaned on Turtledove but he's a history freak to begin with.

I'm a big fan. I have quite a few of his books. They're sitting on a shelf in the re-read bookcase. He really does make you think...what if?

The one on an alternate history of WWII when the aliens arrive and the world has to band together is also good.

6-8 in that series although I read them out of order. All the way to the alien planet.

Guns of the South was also, excellent.

I see he has one from 2011 called Supervolcano Eruption.

TEOTWAWKI book.

Love Turtledove. He has his own folder on my Kindle. Higher praise I cannot give, lol.
