Talking Bigfoot 2012

I'm killing time until my inexplicably late start, (ten o'clock!), rebroadcast of today's Tour stage. I was checking the TV listings & found this gem - as titled above. It 'stars' Danny Bonaduce, (he has NOT aged well), from The Partridge Family & Barry Williams from The Brady Bunch. Added bonus - Herman Hesse from WKRP in Cinncinati.

This is awesome - so bad it's good - almost epic at certain moments. Horribly overacted. The bigfoot is so badly 'cut & pasted' in live action, you can't help but giggle. Even the designated victims - getting no more than SAG screamer rates die with a total lack of thatrical panache. The 'subplots' are cliche, stitled, have little relevance to anything.

OMG - Alice Cooper is doing a cameo to die for...

This is more of a comedy than anything else. I laughed so hard DH came in to check on me. Poor Alice was eaten by the bigfoot. I was cheering on bigfoot to eat Barry Wiliams, his charector was annoying. I'm all for saving wildlife habitat, but the whole group was getting to the point I wanted to have fun watching them get smooshed.

It's like the one with the snakes and the gators. It stars Tiffany and Debbie Gibson and after a short time I was cheering on the gator.

We need comedy in our lives.

Oooohhhh! I have yet to see the snakes & gators one. All these 'classics' seem to be done or at least distributed by something called 'SyFy'.

Yep, Syfy is one of my favorite channels. After you see a lot of their own movies you see the same actors. It's fun to watch them with DH, he'll watch a bit and then point someone out a say didn't they die on the last movie? Dang, they gonna die again.
