And here is the typical fate of the "lawsuit jackpot", it gets whittled away and then tossed out. But the only thing that usually gets the headlines is the "JURY AWARDS 10 MILLION".
Phelps has nothing to be afraid of in the court system.

Phelps needs to come to Phoenix, just once. I wont kill him, but I'd damn sure do my best to break his jaw. That would be worth going to jail for. Again, the 1st Amendment protects you from the government, it does not protect you from getting knocked on your ass for saying shit I dont like.
