Students were asked to defend their scores through an appeal or retest — without having to pay the $780 fee per section a second time. .
Sounds fair.

The couple then gave the copyrighted questions to students at Optima University, their test-prep business with centers in Totowa and Tennessee, prosecutors said.
All they have is theft of copyright on these two people?

I am sure a lot of musicians, artists, and authors wished the FBI were as aggressive protecting their copyrighted information.
