weekly deaths since week 33: http://magictour.free.fr/eumo1705.GIF

(the last weeks are incomplete, it probably doesn't go down yet)

14300 deaths in France so far, now ILI declines since last week in France,
count 2 weeks delay ILI-->deaths and the peak being the middle,
that may give 30000 excess deaths this winter for France with
a population of 65M , corresponding to 150000 for USA with 324M

I remember in August 2009 the PCAST estimate
> It could cause anywhere from 30,000 to 90,000 deaths
> in the United States in fall 2009, mainly among younger
> adults and children

but then it was 12000 only (H3N2 kills the elderly, not H1N1)
