Default More Spring

More pics of the flowers coming in.

First one is one of the first heirloom roses we put in this year.

First ornamental for me also.

That rose is about as perfect as you can get. The 2nd - is that a cosmos?

My tulips just opened up here. It will be a while yet before we see roses.

The rose. For years I missed fragrant roses. New ones are quite spectacular but they have lost their smell.

These older ones are different.

As for the 2nd flower to be honest I don't know but I don't think so. No scale ind the pic but it is only Bout 1/4 inch.

A 15-20 ft patch of my lawn died, the local clubs were giving seeds away at the Arbor Day so I converted it. No way I was going to get St Augustine filled in by the end of the year.

I think the seems were mixed batch for my part of the state.
