It is hard to accurately judge the actual color of the ruby from the photo. The color "Pidgin Blood" is very, very specific. I was told that I have to actually see the color with my eyes to understand. The color is unique. I collect stamps of the US. There is only one stamp I know of that is that color - I do not have it! I HAVE seen it. It looks like Pigeon Blood.
Backing off on the tranqs..... petting puppies instead!
