I think I am going to do an old pair of motorcycle riding jeans using a Guy Fawkes or F Society mask/stencil

Dds Relay for Life Team always had tye die shirts. One year, we used bright purple shirts and "dyed" them with bleach. It worked really well and was inexpensive.

It's called "discharge dyeing" and you can get supplies for it here. I've dealt with this company for several years, and been very pleased with their products and assistance.
